This month I took part in the NOT My Planet exhibition curated by the Art House Project along with 30 other artists. The theme being our Climate Crisis.

My painting took the form of the Wizard of Oz but with not a Judy Garland in sight. Greta Thunberg stands as a sombre Dorothy on my yellow brick road which leads to a catastrophe.

I contemplate: whilst we sleep walk on a path to destruction, as if on the opium poppy lined yellow brick road, Greta Thunberg asks: “Where are all the adults?”

NOT My Planet closes this weekend. Friday 6pm to 9pm and Saturday midday to 6pm

The global Climate Strike starts tomorrow.
